DOE Notifies HALO to Present Full Application for Federal Hydrogen Hub

The governors of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana announced this morning that the Department of Energy (DOE) has encouraged the HALO Hydrogen Hub to submit a full application for the Regional Clean Hydrogen Hubs Program. This second phase of the DOE program places HALO, which stands for Hydrogen Arkansas Louisiana Oklahoma, in line to receive up to $1.25 billion in federal funding for the development of a three-state hydrogen hub.
